1. Agreement to terms

By accessing the Stagevein Studio website or enrolling in our classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide acting education, coaching, and related materials. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services with reasonable notice where feasible.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have verifiable parental consent to enroll. You are responsible for accurate registration information.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access. We may terminate or suspend accounts for policy violations.

5. Payments and billing

Tuition and fees are due as listed at checkout. Taxes may apply. All prices are in USD. We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Within 7 days, we may offer credit if we fill your seat. No refunds are issued after the second class meeting.

7. Code of conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

8. Content and IP

All materials (syllabi, videos, handouts) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not distribute or resell materials without permission.

9. Recordings

We may record sessions for educational review with class consent. You may request not to be featured in publicly shared materials.

10. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees of casting, representation, or employment outcomes. Training focuses on skill development and professional readiness.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stagevein Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stagevein Studio from claims arising out of your use of the services or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
