Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right level?
Read each course’s level guide in the catalog. If unsure, contact us with a short reel or a self-tape; our team will recommend placement based on your goals and workload.
Are online classes as rigorous as in-studio?
Yes. We design camera framing, eye-lines, and timing specifically for online sessions. You’ll receive the same curated notes and scene assignments.
What is the typical class size?
8–14 actors depending on the course. Smaller groups run for voice or dialect clinics where individualized work is essential.
Do you offer private coaching?
Yes. We schedule one-on-one sessions for auditions, on-set prep, and dialect support. Contact us to request availability.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date. After that, we offer credit toward future classes if we can fill your seat.
How are self-tapes handled?
We provide framing and slate guidelines. You’ll receive file naming standards and delivery deadlines. Feedback is timestamped and concrete.
Can I audit a class?
We periodically allow silent audits for scene study. Join the mailing list via Contact and we’ll notify you when audit seats open.
Do you help with industry strategy?
Our Business of Acting course covers target lists, submissions, and calendar hygiene. We don’t make guarantees, but we clarify practical next steps.
What equipment do I need for online classes?
A stable connection, a quiet space, and a device that records in HD. A simple light and neutral background are recommended.
